Service Description
This service is exclusive to TDA Studio members. Members gain access to book studio time at a discounted rate, with flexible 1–4 hour time slots based on availability. Important Details: Memberships run month-to-month, starting on the 1st and ending on the 30th/31st. Hours cannot be rolled over to the next month. Cancellation Policy
TDA Studio Rental Policy Full payment is due at booking to secure your rental. Cancellations: Must be made 72 hours in advance for a refund. No refunds or transfers within 72 hours. Late Arrivals & Unused Time: Not refundable or transferable. Please arrive on time and book the hours you need. Food & Drink: May classify your booking as an event rental. See event rental policy. Use of Space: Keep noise reasonable, respect all equipment/furniture, and leave the studio clean. No smoking. Alcohol requires prior written consent. 📌 By booking, you agree to all studio policies. The Owner reserves the right to end any rental if policies are violated.
