Service Description
This service is exclusive to TDA Studio members. Members gain access to book studio time at a discounted rate, with flexible 1–4 hour time slots based on availability. Important Details: Memberships run month-to-month, starting on the 1st and ending on the 30th/31st. Hours cannot be rolled over to the next month. Cancellation Policy
TDA Studio Rental Policy Full payment is due at booking to secure your rental. Cancellations: Must be made 4days in advance for a refund. No refunds or transfers within 4 days. Late Arrivals & Unused Time: Not refundable or transferable. Please arrive on time and book the hours you need. Food & Drink: May classify your booking as an event rental. See event rental policy. Use of Space: Keep noise reasonable, respect all equipment/furniture, and leave the studio clean. No smoking. Alcohol requires prior written consent. A $200 damage fee will be charged if the studio is not left in a clean and orderly condition, or if there is any damage to the premises, including but not limited to the floor, walls, bathroom, windows, mirrors, speaker system, couches, cubbies, front desk, lights, or any other equipment or furniture. No glitter, confetti, open flames (including candles), or materials that can cause lasting stains or damage are permitted. If decorations result in damage to the studio, a minimum damage fee of $100 or the actual cost of repairs (whichever is greater) will be charged. 📌 By booking, you agree to all studio policies. The Owner reserves the right to end any rental if policies are violated.
