Keiondra “Kei” Jackson is a dynamic coach, choreographer, and entrepreneur with a passion for developing talent and empowering creatives. She has worked with college dance teams, semi-pro basketball and football dance teams, youth teams (leading them to first-place wins), pageants, tours including the Millennium Tour, festivals like One Music Fest, music videos, and recording artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Xscap3, B.O.B, Dear Callie, Trill Ville, Lil Scrappy, Bobby V, and many more.
Kei holds a B.S. in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University and a Master’s in Coaching Education and Athlete Development from Xavier University. She currently leads The DREAM Agency Studio, creating a safe, supportive space for dancers and creatives to reach their goals while offering coaching in multiple genres, stage presence, and performance skills.
As CEO of DDA & Co., Kei bridges the gap from training to professional performance, providing training programs, talent booking, and unforgettable performance experiences. Through her work, she inspires creatives to embrace their confidence, push beyond limits, and achieve their biggest dreams.
