Service Description
Each rental includes LED Lighting, speaker access, coach, chairs, and TV. Choose "Manual Pay" @ Checkout to Avoid Fees. Cancellations within 72 hrs, late arrivals, or unused time will not be refunded or transferred. No Shows will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. First Time Renters: Upon booking this rental you will be emailed a rental contract that has to be signed before booking begins Please review the full rental policy.
Cancellation Policy
TDA Studio Rental Policy Full payment is due at booking to secure your rental. Cancellations: Must be made 72 hours in advance for a refund. No refunds or transfers within 72 hours. Late Arrivals & Unused Time: Not refundable or transferable. Please arrive on time and book the hours you need. Food & Drink: May classify your booking as an event rental. See event rental policy. Use of Space: Keep noise reasonable, respect all equipment/furniture, and leave the studio clean. No smoking. Alcohol requires prior written consent. 📌 By booking, you agree to all studio policies. The Owner reserves the right to end any rental if policies are violated.
