Event Rentals
Service Description
This service is to book our studio space for any events (conferences, birthday parties, meetings, performances, etc) Upon booking this rental you will be sent an invoice. First time Renters will also be sent full contract that has to be signed before booking begins. Failure to sign contract will result in cancellation of booking with no deposit returned. Please keep in mind the following: A Deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due upon booking this space. This deposit is required to secure the rental date and time. The remaining balance is due before the start of the rental period. ** Events: Will have an additional refundable cash deposit of $100 is required for all event rentals. This deposit is due before rental start time and will be returned immediately after the event, provided there are no damages or policy violations. NO SMOKING! Alcohol approval must be signed off by owner .
Cancellation Policy
All Rentals require a deposit to secure the rental date and time. The remaining balance is due before the start of the rental period. Rehearsals, Practices, and Classes: 1hr deposit is due to secure booking. The entire studio rental amount is due before booking. Events: 50% of the total rental fee, is due upon booking this space. An additional refundable cash deposit of $100 is required for all event rentals only. This deposit will be returned immediately after the event, provided there are no damages Use of Premises The Renter shall use the studio solely for the purpose stated above and agrees to adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement. Events: Renter must ensure that all guests adhere to the studio's policies. Events are expected to maintain a higher level of care due to the potential for greater impact on the space. Cancellation Policy Events: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will result in a forfeiture of all fees paid. Studio Policies and Procedures Smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio. Alcohol may only be served with prior written consent from the Owner. Decorations may not damage the quality of the studio, The Renter is responsible for ensuring that all attendees comply with the studio's policies. The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Renter or their guests violate any terms of this Agreement. Please see full contract upon requesting rental.
